Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 24 hours in advance. I do not charge cancellation fees. I reserve the right to decline service. I currently offer the following services: -appliance installation (drop-in appliance only) *exclusions apply -appliance repair *exclusions apply -home maintenance and repair -yard and property cleanup -weed removal/trimming -lawn mowing -hedge trimming -scheduled maintenance -------------------------------Exclusions----------------------------------------- I do not offer any of the following services: -plumbing, -electrical, -remodeling, -structural work, -changes or alterations to existing structures or features, any work above and beyond routine home maintenance and handyman work, or work requiring a permit I do not at this time service or install: -permanently affixed appliances (I.e. water heaters, ovens, ranges/stoves, etc.) -gas appliances -HVAC or related equipment, or components of -refrigerators, freezers, or appliances containing refrigerant -appliances that would be excluded under the previously listed exclusions. Haul away services exclude: -refrigerators -HVAC or components of -water heaters -paint -hazardous materials -any item containing any form of refrigerant or hazardous material Appliance installation/repair excludes: - appliances that operate on natural gas, propane, of other gaseous fuels -water heaters -ranges, stoves, or ovens -requires any modification to electrical, plumbing, or structure -HVAC or components of -refrigerators/freezers -relocation of appliances I apologize for the inconvenience.
